Analityk biznesowy/ Business Analyst in Salesforce

Main responsibilities:

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to technical, functional design. Provide expertise to business process owners, operation support or project teams
• Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solution/services
• Cooperate with Solution Architects to ensure consistent design of Salesforce Platform
• Cooperate with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of Sales Cloud
• Collect, document and review business requirements from Business owners
• Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement
• Understand the customer journey and business value realization
• Define solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practices
• Ensure functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design 
• Lead continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization 

• 6+ years of experience in IT 
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development  or Business Analysis
• 2+ years of experience as Salesforce Functional or Business analyst
• Experience with Sales Cloud
• Experience with Apttus, Conga products
• Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world 
• Salesforce certification, at least Administrator 
• Apttus/Conga certifications – nice to have
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices
• Customer focused problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
