• Defining what needs to be delivered to meet the required business and operational goals, to solve problems that arise, define process change, and support implementation
• Analyzing stakeholder’s needs and expectations
• Playing a role in diagnosing problems and update solution documentation as required
• Supporting implementation of key initiatives with documentation and roll-out of operational and support processes
• Authoring training and support documentation as required.

• Experience in conducting Business Analysis in Agile and Scrum delivery methods (includes capturing, refining, and prioritizing business requirements).
• Strong analytical skills, including a understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to communicate at the technical and business level
• Experience within a technical environment.
• Experience providing detailed documentation
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.

• Experience with Jira/Gitlab or other similar Agile project management software 
• Experience with GxP and validated projects
• Experience with delivering solutions on top of the Oracle APEX low-code platform
• BCS - Business Analysis Certification
