Your job responsibilities:

  • Management of multinational teams - CEE & EMM approximately 100+ FTE
  • Delivering and presenting targeted results on a regular basis (including f2f and VC meetings)
  • Driving team spirit (motivation, team integration, problem solving support)
  • Team development in accordance with the philosophy of continuous improvement
  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with a key customer
  • Cooperation with other members of the leadership team, other company departments and key partners

Key competences & experiences:

  • Professional experience in managing SSC/BPO/ Business consulting projects, gained in companies with a global scope
  • Experience in leading and developing operational teams, including supervising managers
  • People management - ability to work in a diversified, cross culture organisation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - including C-level customers
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge, industry and products (analysis of complex data, measurements of trends and budgets)
  • Time management, multitasking, goal orientation, strategic and process thinking are a must competence at this position
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
  • Experienced in managing business transition/transformation processes would be an asset
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Economics would be an asset
