Global Benefits Analyst with Spanish/French/German

You will be working with Aon colleagues globally to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments, including:

• Conducting Market Research on benefits provided or mandated by different countries and commonly offered by employers
• Analyzing trends on benefits market worldwide
• Preparing benchmarking reports to help Aon’s clients shape their benefits strategy
• Running local and global Benefits Surveys projects
• Supporting benefits data quality using Aon’s technology platform – Greater Insight
• Creating new reporting products for internal and external clients
• Participating in projects aimed at data and process improvement

• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but were much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills 
• Experience in using MS Office applications
• Excellent English, especially writing skills – you need to be the least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because youll be drafting reports for clients 
• Spanish, French or German language on at least B2+ level
• Additional language will be an asset
• Good organizational skills since youll need to balance multiple projects at the same time and handle time effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel skills, identifying possible improvements, risk responsiveness,
• High attention to details, strong problem-solving skills
• Power BI experience will be a strong asset

• Handling work streams in a project, working effectively in project team, leading and collaborating with others

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines under time pressure, managing own and assigned team’s projects workload
