Department Overview

Corporate Real Estate Portfolio consists of 240+ locations, globally spanning 4.7M operating SqFt with an annual budget in excess of $130M. The EMEA portfolio subset at YE 2020 was 1.2M SqFt across 73 locations. Members of this team are responsible for programs involving portfolio optimizations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital investment efforts as well as coordination with our outsourced partner resources from CBRE.


Job Description

This position reports directly to the Real Estate EMEA CRM (customer relationship) Manager and will be located in Krakow, Poland.

Currently seeking a Real Estate Analyst who will support the EMEA Real Estate team and provide liaison activities between the Motorola Solutions Real Estate team and our outsourced supplier CBRE.

Additional Job Description items:

  • Represent the Real Estate team with the operational, business groups of the Motorola sites to manage the real estate assets with an outsourced delivery model.

  • Comply with Motorola prescribed processes for finance, audit and compliance actions within the real estate organization.

  • Liaise, oversee and coordinate actions with the outsourced real estate functionals groups including the transactions, project management and facilities management teams.

  • Comply with the outsourcing supplier contract measuring them with key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on improved customer satisfaction, reduced cycle time and cost performance metrics.

  • Ensure facilities will meet the needs of and coordinate with IT, Security and EHS  

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations on matters relating to corporate real estate strategies.

  • Coordinate with MSI Finance on financial modelling and scenario analysis which deliver supporting recommendations on real estate solutions from a financial point of view

  • Develop business-level relationships with the other functional groups to provide the most effective service delivery on financial matters.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in related field of study or commensurate experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must

  • 1-3 years professional experience within a corporate environment

  • Working knowledge of basic financial skills and functions 

  • Google drive administrative skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in matrixed organization or with an outsourced partnership.

  • Customer Focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal customer by acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and gaining their trust and respect.

  • Interpersonal skills - relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside of the organization with diplomacy and tact.

  • Planning and Organizing - ability to establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results, develop schedules and task/people assignments, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, and use resources effectively and efficiently with proper time management skills.

  • Dealing with Ambiguity - effectively cope with change by shifting gears comfortably acting without having the total picture, and handling risk and uncertainty comfortably.

  • Planning and Organizing - ability to establish a course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results, develop schedules and task/people assignments, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, and use resources effectively and efficiently with proper time management skills.

  • Dealing with Ambiguity - effectively cope with change by shifting gears comfortably acting without having the total picture, and handling risk and uncertainty comfortably.
