About this opportunity

Welcome to the Master Data Processes team. We add value by building up, maintaining and owning the processes around Nordea´s Masterdata. As Senior Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in developing our Process-area further.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain our existing processes owned by Masterdata Management
  • Be part of implementing Process Governance and work with gaps on Data Quality related to process
  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Documenting in Mega Hopex

You’ll join an international team that explore and develop the Process-area in Masterdata Management in GDMO. We both take part in different projects and lead minor initiatives by ourselves. Masterdata Management is the core for data in the bank and we own the Customer and Counterparty Data and other Master data and steer the quality, processes and Governance around it. The role is based in Gdynia; Gdańsk; Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Minimum 3 years from working with Business or IT-processes
  • Academic degree in Business, engineering or similar
  • Fluency in written and spoken english (at least B2- Professional in English)
  • Experience from Mega Hopex is an advantage
  • Experience from Data Management is an advantage
